This website is replacing the former circropolis.com site while remaining live. Most content is complete but we are about to begin optimization to speed the load time. So the blog section is unfortunately, yet I hope understandably, the section chosen to configured last. We are however enthusastic this blog section because it will be an area of creativity for our staff.
Besides subject based blogs, we will include sections of video. They will include simple ‘how to’ videos for installing enterprise printers or modifying an Avaya IP office configuration. The videos will rotate monthly.
The open blogs will deal with current, sometime contraversial, important issues. The first to be uploaeed will be one regarding ‘whilstle-blowing’, both in general and regarding specific incidents. Snowden’s actions will be the subject of an early discussion. Was his motives what he claimed? What personal gain could he expect to offset the fugitive status he is in now, or if caught the severe penalties he may face. What about his decision to leave it to two trusted publications to vet the material and exclude documents and redact others? We expect a spirited discussion on such a complicated and nuanced suject.
